Part of meeting our client’s investment needs involves knowing non-public, personal information about our clients. We collect this information with the client’s consent through written and oral communication, account applications or other forms or other transactions or interactions with the client.

Scale Investment Group is fully committed to protecting your privacy and therefore we keep all information about our clients in strict confidence. We do not sell or market your information to unaffiliated parties. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to keep your personal information private. We hold our employees to strict standards of conduct regarding confidentiality. Any employee found in violation of our standards is subject to disciplinary action. Access to your information is restricted to those employees who need to know to fulfill their duties.

Limited information about clients is shared with unaffiliated third party service providers in certain circumstances where we do not or cannot meet a certain need but only after the client has provided consent for certain information to be shared.

We may share client or former client information with affiliated third parties in certain cases. These may include law enforcement agencies, government or regulatory authorities or professionals retained by Scale Investment Group such as auditors or legal counsel. In cases where information about clients may be shared with outside institutions we require a strict confidentiality agreement be signed by the third party.
